The former Kentucky Wildcats basketball coach Billy Gillispie, appears to have got himself into a spot of bother with the police again. According to espn.go.com, 50-year old Gillispie has recently been charged with a DUI.
Todd Sparrow, who is a police dispatcher, said the Lawrenceburg police arrested Gillispie around 2.45 am, after refusing to take a blood alcohol test or a breathalyser test. He was reportedly taken to the nearby Franklin County Regional Jail.
This is the third time now that Gillispie, who was fired back in March and sued the University of Kentucky Athletics Association, has been arrested on alcohol-related driving charges, although one of the cases was dismissed.
